He focuses on truly getting to know each and every one of his patients and tailoring their healthcare to their lifestyle. In his free time, Dr. Finch enjoys spending time with his wife, Candice, and their beautiful children.

 Ancie Madden is an ICU Registered Nurse turned board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated with her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. She also received double Bachelor Degrees in Chemistry and Nursing from Texas Tech University and Texas Tech Health Sciences Center. (Go Red Raiders!!) A

 Ancie Madden is an ICU Registered Nurse turned board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated with her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. She also received double Bachelor Degrees in Chemistry and Nursing from Texas Tech University and Texas Tech Health Sciences Center. (Go Red Raiders!!) Ancie has been trained to treat the whole family, from newborn babies to adults of every age. She really takes pride in making sure she treats each one of her patients as if they were a part of her own family. Her favorite part of every visit is patient education and empowering patients to take an active part in their own health. She believes every patient deserves a happy and healthy life. In her free time, Ancie enjoys spending time with her husband, their 2 crazy kiddos, and their 2 rowdy pups!!

Since moving out of state due to her husband's active duty military service, she has rejoined our clinic and is incredibly grateful to continuing seeing her patients virtually. With a background in integrative medicine, Leah has a passion for educating patient's about lifestyle changes, stress management, and mental health to help create overall health and wellbeing for each patient she sees. When she's not working, she enjoys traveling the world and spending time with her husband, Zach, and one-year-old little girl, Hattie.

Caitlin became a nurse in 2012, always knowing she wanted to become a Family Nurse Practitioner to care for the entire family. She started her career in the NICU before moving to Oklahoma, where she worked with the Health Department and Tinker Air Force Base supporting pregnancy and early childhood development. Caitlin later earned her DN

Caitlin became a nurse in 2012, always knowing she wanted to become a Family Nurse Practitioner to care for the entire family. She started her career in the NICU before moving to Oklahoma, where she worked with the Health Department and Tinker Air Force Base supporting pregnancy and early childhood development. Caitlin later earned her DNP-FNP and now care for patients of all ages with a focus on prevention, wellness, and education. Her husband’s military career brought Caitlin and her family to Oklahoma, and with four kids and two dogs, there’s never a dull moment. She has a passion for weight management and helping individuals and families achieve their best health—whether managing chronic conditions or addressing acute concerns.

Bethany is a Family Nurse Practitioner passionate about helping patients stay healthy and prevent illness. She began her nursing journey at Oklahoma City Community College, earning her Associate of Science in Nursing, then went on to complete her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and her Master of Science in Nursing at Texas Woman’s University. For six years, Bethany cared for patients in emergency departments throughout the Oklahoma City metro area. During that time, she saw how many serious health issues could have been avoided with regular primary care. Now, she is dedicated to partnering with patients to manage chronic conditions, support healthy lifestyles, and keep small problems from becoming emergencies.
